Garlic has been cultivated for over 5,000 years — one of the oldest known cultivated plants on Earth. Ancient Egyptians fed it to the workers building the pyramids, believing it provided strength and warded off disease. Roman soldiers ate it before battle. In medieval Europe it was used as a plague remedy. Louis Pasteur identified its antibacterial properties in 1858.   1. Your smoked garlic is delicious, only second to your smoked sweet paprika. High quality, pure, unadulterated, multidimensional seasonings are hard to find and yours are hitting out of the park!

  2. I bought one bottle of Smoked Garlic at the Clearwater Saturday festival. This stuff is incredible! The powder is high quality and the addition of being smoked makes it better then any garlic powder I have ever used. I am going to try and make it to this upcoming Saturday festival to buy more and try some of your other products.
