This is a Texas-style SPG rub: SmokED Kosher Salt, SmokED Black Pepper, and SmokED Granulated Roasted Garlic — three ingredients, all hickory-smoked before blending. No sugar, no fillers, no complexity for its own sake. Just the three-ingredient foundation that every serious pitmaster reaches for when they want smoke, seasoning, and nothing in the way of the protein’s natural flavor.
What’s In It
Three ingredients: SmokED Kosher Salt, SmokED Black Pepper, and SmokED Granulated Roasted Garlic. Every single component individually smoked over hickory wood before being blended.
