Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup SmokED Stuff Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 12 slices Center Cut Bacon Not extra thick cut

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Oven and Cookware

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set a rack on top (like a cookie cooling rack).
  • Spray the rack with nonstick spray.

Step 2: Prepare Bacon for Greatness

  • Mix the SmokED Stuff Brown Sugar and Cinnamon in a bowl.
    1/2 cup SmokED Stuff Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Coat both sides of the bacon slices in the Brown Sugar/Cinnamon mixture and place the coated bacon strips on the rack.
    12 slices Center Cut Bacon
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bacon appears to be caramelized and somewhat crispy.
    Watch closely after 15 minutes because the Brown Sugar/Cinnamon mixture can begin to burn if left in too long.
  • Serve immediately.
